When you connect your Google Account, we access only the data you explicitly authorize.

Calendar:

- Create events you request

- Update or modify events you reference

- Retrieve events when you ask

Contacts:

- Create new contacts at your request

- Update existing contacts when you provide new data

- Retrieve contact details on command

Gmail (Read, Update, Send):

- Read specific emails you ask for

- Mark emails as read, star, or move them if requested

- Draft and send new emails or replies when instructed

We do not scan your inbox, analyze emails, delete emails without instruction, or use email content for training or advertising.

Google Tasks:

- Create tasks or reminders

- Update tasks when requested

- Retrieve tasks previously created

Google Sheets (Spreadsheets):

- Store notes or structured information you ask the assistant to save

- Retrieve data you request

- Access only sheets you authorize

We do not use Google data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or machine learning training.
