Welcome to Henry AI. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, AI assistants, and related services operated by Medicare Pro Academy. By using Henry AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHO WE ARE

Henry AI is a digital assistant platform that helps users manage everyday tasks through AI-powered chat automation. Users may optionally connect their Google services to enhance functionality.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt functionality, or violate any applicable laws.

3. USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES

Users may connect Google Calendar, Contacts, Gmail, Tasks, and Sheets to Henry AI through secure OAuth authentication. These integrations are optional and revocable at any time.

Henry AI uses these services only to perform tasks the user explicitly requests. Henry AI does not store Google credentials and only receives a secure OAuth token, which users may revoke at any time.

4. GOOGLE DATA USAGE

Calendar: Create, update, or retrieve events at user request.

Contacts: Create, update, or retrieve specific contacts at user request.

Gmail: Read specific emails when requested, update or organize messages at user command, and send emails the user instructs.

Tasks: Create, update, or retrieve tasks when asked.

Sheets: Store or retrieve information when the user requests.

Henry AI does not scan inboxes, download full contact lists, access unrelated calendars, or use Google data for advertising, profiling, or machine learning training.

5. USER CONTROL

Users remain in full control of their Google data. They may revoke permissions in their Google Account, request deletion, or disconnect integrations at any time.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Henry AI may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace or messaging tools. We do not control third-party services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Henry AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages related to use of the service or external integrations.

8. CHANGES

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
